For Matilda’s second birthday in August, we’ve very kindly been invited by the team at In The Night Garden to experience In The Night Garden Live for the very first time.
Aside from it being Matilda’s birthday, July and August are a time of the year that can be very, very long and tiring – what with the kids of school for the summer and all that. Which is why we love to have holidays, day trips and activities such as this one planned in advance.
What Is In The Night Garden?
Do you even have kids if you don’t know what In The Night Garden Is?
Probably not… but just in case, here’s a quick write up from the wonderful Sophie from TirednTested on the basics of In The Night Garden.
What Is In The Night Garden Live?
In the Night Garden Live is what you might come to expect… the show, but live. Anyway, I know full well that words explaining the experience won’t do it justice like this fantastic promotional video…
Just in case you want some more information (just like I did) then check out the reviews from other parenting bloggers who’ve been to the fabulous In The Night Garden Live experience in the past.
Why We’re Going To In The Night Garden Live
We decided to visit In The Night Garden Live because it’s one of Matilda’s favourite shows. She’s never been to the theatre, but we feel that based on other peoples opinions this is a great introduction and a fabulous day out to celebrate her turning two.
Based on everything we’ve seen we’re very excited to attend and will no doubt be sharing our review and experience with you. We’ll be attending the Manchester venue as it’s most local to us and can be partnered with lunch at one of the many restaurants at the Intu Trafford Centre.
